I had the most wonderful experience training at Mountview Theatre School making life lifelong friendships with highly talented students who I still see and treasure to this day.

 

Following on from Mountview I had a series of inspiring opportunities that welcomed me into a world of Radio Voice Over Work for London and Regional Stations

This led to a National tour and some fascinating Theatre in Education opportunities.

 

I am able to offer you compelling Voice and Speech guidance -including dialect work, projection and clear diction. as a fun side note my Drama School Speech and Voice Tutor can be heard on the Piccadilly Line and South Eastern trains (Julie Berry)

 

I loved the challenge of inspiring and creating dedicated workshop sessions for youth Theatre. Ive much experience with a diverse range of backgrounds. These sessions were attached to Watford Palace Theatre this enabled me to gain my Equity status.

 

I had the pleasure to run Drama courses for many years which gave confidence, enjoyment and a passion for Theatre to hundreds of eager students starting from the age of 5 all the way through to adulthood, Many of whom went on to enjoy a Professional acting career in Les Miserables, BBC classic serials and major Television soaps

 

Beginning in 2002 I took the position of Head of Drama Lochinver House Preparatory School enjoying ten inspiring and fulfilling years.

This enabled me to be offered the exciting position on the Drama team teaching secondary pupils at Mill Hill Public School

for ten years.

 

I gained much pleasure from teaching and guiding all Theatre Study GCSE and A level Pupils and during this time I taught ,wrote, directed and produced several plays of my own including two musicals.

 

When the time permits, I love Writing and performing Poetry, Flying to weird and wonderful new countries and meeting likeminded theatre connoisseurs. I play the Flute in an Orchestra and have been told my baking could even get a Paul Hollywood handshake!

 

I believe myself to be a dedicated listener, highly enthusiastic about my subject and most interested in developing new ideas and concepts to gain maximum potential from your students.
